So, Designs made a Justin bieber cover… And it came out pretty good and better than the original (well of course) I really ended up liking this cover.  The screams really do some good for the song and the clean vocals kind of match the tone in the original, not completely but it’s definitely there but it’s still pretty nice to listen to. The heavy drumming really did some great, well the overall sound did some good for the song, I kind of wish Designs would have wrote the song first because they definitely did a great job at covering the horrible pop song, but then again almost every cover for this song is better than the original, that’s one reason I enjoy post-hardcore the covers are always better than the original and this Is definitely one of those times. The vocal styles at some points are pretty cool and the screamer really does some work on this song. I’d have to say the flow of everything really makes the song a bit better because it’s like the original, but it’s different in a few ways, I’d have to say out of all the covers I’ve heard of this song this is by far my favorite and in my top 5 favorite covers.

Breakdown:

Cleans: the clean vocalist’s style is something pretty neat to listen to he takes over this song pretty well and nicely, one of the best for sure.

Screams: The screamer still has style, his rap kind of vocals is something to be heard for sure, it’s pretty neat to listen to all honesty, I think it’s probably one of the main things that stick out in this band.

Instruments: the instruments are pretty heavy and somewhat catchy on this song which is something to listen to for sure
