Debut EP from In Vivid Colour! This album is pretty nice, I feel as if this band is going to bring something new into the post-hardcore scene the first and second song caught me off guard because it was oddly enough better than what I was expecting this band has a lot of talent and they’re showing it on their first release. I’d have to say they do have the post-hardcore sound but they have their own little twist with it, which is something new but very good, they’ll get far in their careers sounding like this it was highly impressive. A few song that kind of stick out on this release have to be, Evil Prevails When Good Men Fail To Act, Exist Humanity, Roy Rogers Mc Feely. Exit humanity has a nice intro to it, it’s something from a movie clip and after the clip they go straight into the song with full force. The screamers style is a bit different somewhat new, it kind of gives off the death metal vibe a little bit which is somewhat unexpected but it was an odd vibe for a post-hardcore band to give off, definitely something worth wild though.  I’m really hoping these guys go places with an ep that sounded this good, I’m pretty sure they’re going to go someplace.
Breakdown:
Cleans: The clean vocalist has a high range his voice makes the vocals sound a bit different then what people are used to, his voice kind of makes it unique in its own way.
Screams: The screamer has a mid-high type of a scream, something that hasn't really been around for long, but it’s pretty nice to hear in some smaller bands than just big. Sometimes in the songs his lows sound like a death metal bands type scream, which is pretty neat.
Instruments: The guitar has some nice riffs to it and the drumming is pretty heavy to it, which is something that stood out on some of the songs.
