Deadline And Diamonds changed their name to “The Animal In Me” and recorded an acoustic cover of Some Nights by fun acoustically. I’m not the biggest fan of acoustic covers but I wanted to check this song out, happens to be a great cover the female vocals really made the song sound a bit better and the screamer (he does screams in the bands real music) happens to be singing in this cover, he has a really nice voice in all honesty. They both have a great voice and I’d have to say I hope they end up doing more acoustic covers because if they all end up sounding like this song, they’ll be worth every minute to listen to. It doesn’t really seem like they’re new to the whole acoustic cover thing, this is the first I’ve seen from them, and in all honesty they should make an acoustic ep or do a few acoustic songs for bonus tracks on a full length. The male vocalist should do more clean vocals also because he does have a good voice and stay with a flow very well, both vocalists are talented and they show their talents off in almost everything they do.

Cleans: Female & Male vocalists both do clean vocals on
this song, they both have voices that fit the whole acoustic type thing which
is really neat to listen too along with the flow they both have with their
vocals, I think the male vocalist should do more clean vocals, he’s really not
that bad at it but his screams are also something he does really well.
Instrument: The main instrument is an acoustic guitar the
male vocalist plays it he’s not that bad acoustic guitar at all. It could have had a little drum on the song
too that would have kind of brought more sound out on the song.
